I began my career with Summit as a Project Assistant in 2018 with limited construction experience. From the start, the team supported me, and I soon moved into an accounting role. The leadership team was patient with my progress and invested in my growth, supporting me to become Administrative Manager.

The Summit team values and respects each other. Most importantly, Summit understands that I am still a mother, spouse, daughter and sister, in addition to my work life. That’s what makes Summit special to me.

After my promotion to General Superintendent, I found that the most rewarding part of my new position was helping and teaching other Superintendents the lessons I have learned over the years. I firmly believe as we develop and grow our Superintendent’s knowledge and skill, it only makes Summit better, and with the growth of the individual so goes the growth of the company. I get to be a part of that and that’s what I love most about my position.
